I'd like to say,
hi...lo...
I'm new here, and I've been working out for awhile now, but my diets been hell for a long time without breakfest and all. So I hope I can get some good information from all of you, and heads up on my new "planned schedule".
and last, but not least.

Welcome to FT! Great to have you here! Looks like you are starting to take care of yourself and that is exactly what it takes to reach those goals! Make yourself a priority, don't take second best because without your health you won't do you or anyone else any good! :)
Good luck with those goals!! You sound like you are ready for the challenge!

My goal is very weighty (pardon the pun), and I notice that when I eat a bowl of cereal in the mornings consistently for about a week, I drop weight like a fly. It's amazing how jump-starting your day with breakfast makes all the difference in the world.
