Wow I really like this site. I am just getting start on trying to get back into shape. I really need to have something to follow and I am really glad I stumbled on to this site. I am just not sure where to start or what I should do that would be the most benificial for me.

Hello! Just wanted to welcome you, like Tim said, ask your questions! I was also really impressed by the site, and it has some incredible people helping with advice. Use the workout planner to design your very own workout schedule, and take off. You get alot out of a workout if you use the tools provided too. I'm mid-way through the fat loss/toning program & 12 wk abs prgrm, and can't wait to start on another one! Good luck with all your goals!
