Hi. I'm new here. I am junior in college and I have gained 100 lbs over the past 4 years. I am tired of looking the way I do...I want to lose 100lbs. I want to get back to 190-200 lbs. Does anyone have any advice? I dont't have access to a gym or equipment. It's just me, my apt, and the outdoors. I've been walking around my apartment complex though...any suggestions or advice?
