Hello everyone I am new to the site and am looking forward to getting my body back in shape. I have lost 30lbs in 4months and am back down to my college weight of 190lbs. Yeah about 12 years ago. My goal now is to tone and tighten the stomach. I love to work out and have no problem getting motivated. I have always been active, played baseball in college but back then never really had to work at it. Now I do. Any suggestions on a work out routine?

Welcome to ft marv49er, you may want to take a look at one of the ft programs, they are quite good. Good place to get started

I wasn't trying to start anything just looking for some help. I posted a new introduction message because for some reason others felt me and the soap guy were one in the same. I hope this site can help because yes I was a college athlete but in baseball we never really took the working out very seriously and now I have a lot of questions. As I get older nothing comes easier. I hope I can get that help from this site. Thanks Marv

Hey Marv, I just joined myself. I've lost 40 lbs and looking to build muscle. Seems to be a good site to at least talk to others about what works for them. What I am realizing after reading these posts and posts on other websites that there are some (few) really unhappy people out there and they have this need to make it known to everyone. I don't post much because of the silly arguements and comments that can occur. Everyone has a right to voice their opinions but we also have the right to not listen :-) Good luck!!!

Hi everyone, My boyfriend and I are new to this site too. We have been up and down on exercise programs and are finally fed up with the way we look and feel. We want change!!! Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Both of us have checked out the FT personal exercise programa nd set ourselves up on that. Wish us luck in this new adventure once again. But this time we are bound and determined to make it!!!
