Hi. I stumbled across this site accidentally, and it really motivates me to keep going with my workouts. If anyone out there also has a ballet/dance background, I'd love to hear about how you're incorporating your passion into your fitness routine.
Great idea to use your dancing and ballet knowledge for future competitions!!!!! You simply need to put on a little lean muscle mass (don't be afraid of eating enough!!!) and there you go, a born winner!!! (o;

Welcome effalunt. I can't help you with the ballet as I can only do pirouettes (not even sure how to spell it!) but can sure help on the training and EATING! lol
