Hello everyone i jsut wanted to jump in and say hi and that i am new to this program/nutrition site awsome so far i love it, bit about myself i an not new to the weightlifting, been doing for osme time now but my goal now it so trim and tone so diet diet diet lol anyhow any posible help you can give me or tips on what i should be having in diets i know protien is a must anyhow my states are 29yrs old, 225lbs,5'11 wanna get myself down to 7-8% body fat and i am sitting at 16 to 20 % now
