So I've set up myself for the home 4-week program, but already find myself giving myself excuses. If someone could please explain to me what weight I enter in for doing an exercise like a pushup or something of the equivalent where no actual weight is used?

I put in a "0." Some suggest bodyweight, but that can change. If you start adding actual resistance, put that in.
