I have just lost my drive. I don't feel like I have any energy, I use to work out 5 days aweek, at 5ft I was toned and felt great, 2 years later I just don't feel like I have the energy to do anything. My health is good, I have a ymca membership, but the drive is setting in neutral
These are the times when you just have to push through it. There's been more days than I care to admit that I have had to talk myself into going to the gym, but when I did, it was well worth it. If 5 days is insurmountable, condense your workouts into two days a week with a couple of days of active cardio.
