hi all! ok here's the story: 40yr old in decent shape(most think i look great...in clothes, only i and special one know the truth...!) this will be my 3rd workout in like forever!! i did legs and cardio on wed then the same on sat. now wanna do a upper body work out.(my plan is to do 2days lower and 1-2 days upper) any ideas on a good upper body workout...and does my workout sound like i will get results? mahalos in advance!

Have you signed up for one of the workout plans from this site? It'll break things down into your goals, etc. and generate a plan for you.

You'll have to do this through the Exercise Progam tab...
