Hi, I need help. I have ongoing knee injuries that prevent me from running and cycling. i am not overweight but abit bulky. I want to increase my CV endurance massively but also want to get cut. i have been doing upper body weights for a month, although i have gained muscle it does not show due to my weight and cannot get rid of my gut.
What can i do/ should i use protein shakes, creatine or any other type of weight loss supplement??
