I just started the home training on ft, and I have been doing Dumbbell Curls for biceps. I was wondering if I should switch to the "can curls" in the home training schedule, or just continue with the curls. If so, how ofter should I increase the weight?

I would stay with the dmbells if you have them just because they are easier to handle.
You should increase the weight when you don't feel resistance. But don't increase if you can't keep the proper form.
Hope this helps and welcome to Freetrainers.
