With all the machines and infomercials out there I am surprised someon has not thought of this one! It entails no exercise at all. It helps with crubing what you eat. And will instantly make you look like you have lost many pounds! It does take a little getting used to though and prolonged use may cause permanant changes....it also been around for hundreds of years. Both men and woman can use it. What is it? Guess.........
