Hey, I joined two weeks ago (ish) and I -just- noticed these message boards (Yeah, honors student, didn't see 'em at all. e__e). I'm happy to report that I'm seeing really, really great results with the home workout program AND the abdominals program.
I'm 5'6" and used to weigh 206 pounds, now I'm down to 191, and I'm so happy! I've had JRA since I was 4 years old and since I started really working my legs while adding weight training, the number of days when I have had pain in my knees has gone way down!
