Hello All!

:big_smile:

I'm new here at FT and I thought that I would join and be apart of others who have the same goals as I do for their body. It's good to see that everyone supports others in achieving their goals. Since I have two small children, it would be hard for me to exercise some nights, so I really need that motivations.

Im new here as well, have 2 kids also! :laugh: but mine are all grown up and moved away :( so Im looking to fill my days with a good workout
Im trying to build my abs and triceps
my goal is to have some ;):big_smile:

Well, that's great. My husband keep saying he can't wait until they get out of the house, but I, on the other hand, am hoping for these years to go by a little slower. anyway, I'm trying to lose a little more wait and I want to work witn my arms, legs, abs, and my back, or maybe I should say my whole body.
