Hi, everyone. My name is Jen and I just joined today. I have Lupus and have beem on steroids for months, gaining weight and having little time to get a good workout in. I'm more interested in toning up and losing at least 30 lbs. At the moment, I weigh 199lbs, which is what I weighed back when I started high school. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a particular diet that I can prepare myself. I have cut out alot of fast foods and outside dining but as a student, sometimes eating out can't be helped.
