Yo I have been doing the Weight Loss and Definition Workout over and over along with the 12 Week Abs and the Calves workouts, I was interested in going lower reps higher weights, But it seem as if all the programs are the same, just different days to exercise different muscle groups. Do I need to Upgrade to professional to get different workouts?
