Just wanted to say hello. I joined to gain knowledge about putting on some weight and mass. I'm 6'3 170 and i feel i look like a stick. I could eat a cow and not gain a pound. This is my first time really trying to gain weight. My diet is in the range of 4000 calories a day and i'm working out 5 days a week.
