OK... writing here is a good idea. People will help you stay motivated.
Eating right and working out, actually helps a lot more than you think. As soon as the diet change and workout is noticed on your body, that is a motivation in it self.

Have you been diagnosed by a doctor? Are you taking any medications? I'm not trying to invade privacy, but having personal experience with depression, I don't want to just tell you to exercise and you'll feel better. Exercise can be great to boost your spirits, but sometimes it doesn't always work like that. I want to get a sense of where you are.
