i think u should just eat big! i went through the same thing. i wanted to get bigger for football. i just ate big!
that was for jv year. i then went to creatine for varsity. i started to take it in the summer before the year and it worked!! now im not telling u to go take creatine but it worked for me the first time really well. so u can do what u think is right. eat big and take protien powders!! if u have any questions dont be afraid to ask me under this message. i hope i helped u in some way. good luck!!
