Hi everyone. not reallt new to this site have been basic memeber for a while. i'm new in the sense that i'm actually going to use the workouts and use the site. i need to really get in shape. i want to have another baby in ayear or two and i want to really be in shape before i do this. labor is easier, recovery is easier and not to mention you look better after as well. i am having trouble with the food planner thingy. i don't understand how to use it. i think i have realistic goals. ideally i would like to lose about 20-30 lbs within the nest 6-8 months to get back to my pre-baby weight ( i have two kids). what do you guys think is that ok? i have no trouble with the workout, my problem is the eating. i don't eat to unhealthy but i do eat at odd hours. any suggestiona and any general comments are welcome by me. i hope to get to know some of you. thanks. leila
Leila, you can definitely lose this weight in that amount of time. You can eat often, but make sure you are eating healthy. Snacking on semi-unhealthy food will not do you any good.
