Hi, I just joined this site, saw a link in the screensavers today newsletter, thought I'd check it out. Looks interesting, hope it helps keep me motivated.
I'm not an exercise junkie, although I used to be addicted to aerobics many moons ago! I have arthritis, so I've had to modify my workout. I mostly walk, swim some during the summer. I would like to start back up using light weights, so this just might be my ticket to success! I need to lose about 25 lbs also, what else is new?! ;-D
