Hi i am just starting out. All i have at home are some adjustalble dumbells and nothing else. I dont have an axcess to gym. what exercies do you guys recommend! Thanks

You can do just about anything with dumbells as you can with machines... machines keep your form more correct...
There are far too many exercises to list for dumbells, what specifically are you looking for?
I would also suggest searching with Fit Buddy... there may be some options there too...

Invest in a decent bench and a barbell with weights. Those will go a long way along with your dumbbells.

Go to a fitness store that has used gear... Value Villiage sometimes has fitness stuff kicking around... on-line, newspaper... lots o' places!

We have "Play it Again Sports" stores around the Atlanta area. I get my plates for .29 a pound. They've got a lot of other really good used gear too. I'm sure there must be something like that near you. :dumbbell:
