Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
I was on the FT basic all last week and I did pretty good. I followed throught the exercises pretty well. I was getting my weights right so I was a bit inconsistant with the reps but I completed nearly all of them. I ran approx 10 minutes for for approx 5 days. I was finished the my personal program a day late but I finished it. I'm really looking forward to this and I think this board is a great thing. Good luck everyone and I we will see ya next week.
