Hello, my name is Lynnda and I'm new to this site. I need to lose lots of weight. I started eating healthy on the 18th of Feb this year and have lost 20 pounds so far. I have lots go go. I just need motivation and encouragement and the help of others if I am going to succeed. I have just started on a toning program and cardio. You will be seeing a lot of me here, so please don't get tired of me. :big_smile:

I answered your question in CheerCoaches thread and made a suggestion on HIIT for you.. Very motivating and a great way to make use of 15 minutes when that's all you have.
