hello every one my name is kristie and i just joined i would like to loose about 40lbs so i can get back to my pre baby weight This is hard for me to stay motivated

Welcome to FT Kristie! With three children I would guess you are pretty active! Try to match your diet with the amount of excercise you are doing. If you will strengthen your muscles you will burn more calories. Here is an idea. Get a picture of a model with the figure you would like and paste your face in place of theirs. Hang the picture on your bathroom mirror so that you see it every morning. That may give you a visual motivation each day. You can do it, many have, but it doesn't happen overnight. It takes willpower, determination and a routine. Good Luck.
