Don't know if anybody reads these things, but i just joined ft. I've tried Men's Health and Muscle and Fitness training splits, and i just can't commit to any of them. I'm looking to lose the love handles and muscle up. I'm anxious to start, hope i can add to the community, too. Keep pumping.

Fat loss starts in the kitchen. Clean up your diet and get about 30-45 minutes of Cardio 3-4 days a week. Also pick up a weight training program from here. Muscle burns calories. Dont' expect a lot of muscle gains if you're trying to lose fat (can be done in the beginning but it's difficult). To start focus on getting the bodyfat % down then you can look to build muscle.
