No, seriously! I am TOTALLY a newbie to excercize and nutrition. I never really needed to until recently. I used to have a good metabolism, but *sigh* fate caught up to me, as soon as I hit 20, I started packing on the pounds. I am not clinically overweight yet... But I want to get fit and slimmed down before it gets ridiculously hard. I would love to meet people who are trying to lose weight/have lost weight with this program.
