Hello to everyone. My names Sarah i live in North Queensland Australia, im 21 and am striving to lose weight like the rest of you. Ive been going to the gym for 2 months now working my butt off and eating fairly healthy but have only lost 2kilos!!! Hoping to lose more and hopefully you can all help inspire me.
How often are you eating? Eating five or six smaller meals a day is the way to go... (of course, as healthy foods as possible)
Also, bear in mind muscle is more dense than fat, so a pound of muscle will be smaller than a pound of fat. Keep an eye on how your clothes fit and so on... use a measuring tape... while you might not lose as much weight, you might change shape as you add muscle and lose fat.
