And I am off and running again...I hope this time it lasts. My short term goal is to lose 20lbs by Nov. 18th.....wish me luck

Well good luck. You say "I hope this time it lasts". I do not want to be mean, but having realistic goals make it easier to stick with a program. Losing 20lbs in 8 weeks is doable, but unless you are committed to dieting and exercise it may be hard to reach. You need to think of this as a jouney (Marathon not a Race) Good Luck
I doubt that you will lose 20 lbs in 2 months from just running. I hope that you are on a proper diet, alongside that running. Weight loss is 85% diet :P
