Hi I am new to this I just am fed up with my weight and getting winded walking up a flight of stairs. I am 39 years old I weigh 267 lbs, I am 5"7'. I am so tired of being over weight I wasn't like this my whole life. In school I was on the swimming team, ran cross country and played field hockey. Now I have 2 kids and 1 was in the hospital for 8 months so I ate and sat and ate..... Now I look at my kisda and I know i have to do something but were do I start and what kind of exercise program do I do. So I am hope I will gets lots of help her. Thanls for listening.
