Hi everyone!

I am a new member here at ft. I am starting to gain weight and I want to control that, and to remove the excess fats as well. I would want to have a toned and healthy body (which I would like to flaunt on my next holiday!:)). I am glad to find out about ft as I have no idea about right workouts and have no access to the gym either.

Hope you guys could encourage me and help me out as this training is a really big thing for me, not just for my appearance but for my health most especially. I am looking forward to knowing you guys! :)

Hi welcome to ft:big_smile:I also dont have the use of a gym,but i do have a home gym:)and i find i can still do my ft training program just as good at home:)

Thanks for welcoming me! I will only have to rely on what's available at home for now. I still don't have a home gym or the like.. but I might have soon as my bf wants to continue his workout without actually going to the gym. Actually, he's got no idea that I'll be doing a workout myself! Just one of those surprises I'd love to give him! Plus, we are getting really serious about looking after our health and diet (not that either of us are overweight, just want to be healthy and fit).:)

Hope u guys could give me some tips to keep in shape!:)
