im 14 and weigh 185lbs. i have played sports since the 4th grade but never could lose any weight. im in pretty good shape with stamina and stuff like that but not fat wise. my dad dont really cook a whole lot of healthy foods so should i work out like twice as hard?
a couple of things i forgot.... i dont have access to a gym but i do have dumbells. and were i live it is really hilly terrain so i have been jogging about 3 times a week.
