Hello! My name is Maria and I'm new here. I don't feel like I need to lose weight, but I'd like to tone my body and lose afew inches off my waist. I'm 22 and newly married, and have heard that women gain 10 to 15 pounds within the first year of marriage... so I'm wanting to prove that wrong! *hehe*
Newly weds gain the weight because of the comfort. Be sure to watch your diet, and not let yourself slip. Also try strength training 2-3 times a week, followed by some moderate cardio. If you want to lose more weight, then throw some days in of just cardio at a harder pace.
