OK - I've battled my weight all my life - wasted so much $$$$$ on gym memberships, weight loss programs, etc etc... Same old story. It goes OK for a while, then I just go back to my old habits.
I turn 39 next month and my goal is to be 50 pounds lighter and in good physical condition for my 40th birthday. I really like the idea of the on-line support and home workouts. I have never tried anything like this before. I'm so glad I came across this site!!
