hi , I am a newbie..I really need help. I am a yo-yo dieter.I have high B/P,and a very bad case of acid reflux.I live on aciphex,and it's not helping any.I am almost at the depression stage...Please help!Would be forever grateful..Thanks!......

Well here is a few of things that work. Start eating healthy natural foods. Less ingredients in the product means more natural. Forget about the yo yo (fad) diets that don't work. Add fiber to your diet. Start an exercise program and you will see the acid reflux and pills disappear (mine did) and the blood pressure resume to normal.
With protein at every meal and good fats you will be feeling great within a month!

thanks for the suggestions.I did just that a while back and it helped some,but then slowly went back to old eating habits and the relux is back again.I actually have eusopha gitis.That hasn't gone away at all.Any suggestions on that.Thanks,and congrats on your weight loss!

Sorry, I can not give you medical advice. The only other advice I can give you is to get medical attention for the infection. One of the causes is the reflux.
Get back to good eating habits. Your whole body will benefit and you WILL feel better.
