Hi yall~ Im a 38yo woman from the deep south. I am a full time college student. I live in literally "nowhere" so there is no gym to utilize.
In my home testosterone flows like the creek by the river! Someone is always arm wrestling or at the least, talking smack. I have seen women my age do a complete turn around and become bodybuilders. I have been contemplating a change for a long time, and now is the time for me to do it.
It was barely 2 years ago when my son was finally able to beat me armwrestling. Now he thinks he is "GOD" and my goal? To put him back in his place.
It has been a long time for me, although I am not overweight and cannot gain an ounce from food consumption if I tried to. Im 5'7", 36-28-38, and want defined muscles and my J Lo butt back again!
I smoke but have set a quit date.
Any inspiration on how to start this thing, and help will be so gratefully appreciated. Seriously, any meal ideas as well. I cook "unhealthy" because that is what the men want in my house, but I am so tired all the time, I need to change my habits. (vege is out of the question, I HAVE to eat meat!)
