Hey, I'm a 19 year old female. I am a musician and I can play clarinet, trumpet, mellophone and some percussion. I wish to march in the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps but inorder to do that I need to lose 30 to 40 lbs and get into great shape. I also wish to lose that weight before July 9th because of band camp. I get rather lazy and need something to motivate myself. Any ideas?
