Just signed up for the program this morning. Trying to lose 50 pounds (no set time), just trying to develop a healthier lifestyle and maintain without surgeries, weight loss products (diet pills, etc.).

Welcome Amytate i am also new to this site and have goal very similar to yours like Charlie said lots of groups to join that will have people with good advice and similar goals.
