Hello Everyone!
My Name is Mary and ready to change my bad habits(not working out,Food diet).I want to be Healthy and Fit. I've struggled with this quite a bit one week I would be exercising like crazy then the next week be lazy and eat junk food! I work two jobs so it helps to always be busy but also take time out to do my workouts! I'm 18 I weigh 139 I'm 5'5 and my Goal weight is 115. I mainly want to work on my Legs and Bottom! Loosing that fat and toning up! That's all I have to say!
