Hello people! I am a borderline diabetic and asthmatic weighing in at 325. I need motivation, I am a former quiter, but I want to drop atleast 100 pds so that I can become heathier. I am not sure what else to say, but that the work out plans seem easy enough, and i am sure that they will intensify with experience. Thanks for listening. Suggestions are welcomed. A few things I would like to throw out there: No income, student, no transportation, so any efforts will be home based. I do have a weight bench.
