I also was trying to find this out but I saw it stays the same (I think) however you can go into your log and edit the sets and reps of the workout to keep it recorded what you did that day. Then you can leave a comment so if you were too look back you can see whether or not you started to improve and get stronger as the weeks go on. But still not sure if the programme gets harder as you continue. Other thing you can do is change the level like beginner, intermediate expert etc. Hope that made sense.
