Hey everyone. I have never done any serious fitness training, so I am here to see what it's all about. I have studied martial arts for several years, but feel I need to suppliment my training with strength training and weight loss. It is a stubborn 20 lbs or so that I always seem to fight. I also feel that the extra weight has led to some injuries during my training and I am tired of it! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently 6'2', 218lbs. BTW I can't seem to upload my pic!
