Hey my name is Stephanie and I am new to FT... my fiance suggested the gym and a trainer after I discussed weight loss surgery - guess lucky for me my insurance will pay - but only after tracking your diet for 6 months - so here I am hoping that I won't need it after motivating myself to go to the gym - I left high school at 150lbs on a 5'7 frame.. gained a bunch of weight in college and started an endless cycle of prescription weight loss drugs (lose 40 - gain back 50) so now I am at 237lbs - I hide it well but it is not going away. Joined the gym - and this time I promise to go... need some direction and the trainers at my gym right now just don't seem to be cutting it... so any help is great!!! Looking for a 3-4 time a week schedule and have started using a lower carb diet and 5 small meals.. just need to know what machines to use and when... Thanks and look forward to learning a bunch! And seeing 160-170 on the scale!
