Hi I'm Sarah. Been reading a lot the post and these site seems perfect for me! I need a lot of support and motivation to get me through this. I know it will get easier if I stick to my plans. Just wanted to say GREAT JOB to all of you that are doing so well. I hope to be right there next to you real soon!

Hi Sarah im new too and also have children...i read your profile and thought we might be able to support each other...im starting a new 8 day challenge of binge free as i find it dificult not to binge i go up and down i too have weight to lose 5 kg from my last child i am 31yrs young...and want to stay that way but find it hard not to binge in the evening when i get home or am at home on the weekends...how are you going?
have you tried the no carbs just vege and protein no milk?? any tips i would love the support i sure need it as i have put on 4kg in the last 3months eating fastfood late at night and choc chips the kids food etc i dont know where my willpower has gone but I NEED TO FIND IT BUT DONT KNOW HOW ANYONE HELP!!! cheers 162cm 60kg need to get back into my skinny jeans as the dont fit too much fat on thighs and bottom and hips....
