Hi, i'm something of well, a computer geek :surprised:. I'm pretty skinny and well, I eat at mcd a lot (mainly because i work there and i get free food). So, i have a few questions. I've been doing the fitness plan (3rd day now) and am a bit confused. Should i do them by order (like do all the 1s first and then the 2s and then 3s etc...)?

Next, what kinda food should i be getting at mcd? We don't have the protein platters anymore. I've heard that the big mac was suppose to be the healthiest sandwich.

I myself am a pretty skinny and tall guy. I usually eate a lot and my friends who work there wonder how i can be so skinny but eating so much.

Thanks!

Sorry, there isn't an edit option.

I wanna get some mass on my arms mainly. I can barely do the allocated 15 pushups! But i'm not looking to be super buff like some of the older guys are (i'm 19).

The best thing for you is to keep at it. Give it a couple of weeks and you will start to see the diff. If you feel the program is too slow and start to jump the gun, you will burn out and want to quit later. The idea is this gradual incline of difficulty will keep you from getting hurt and prepare you for more. As for the right foods, nothing at that place is right. I haven't eaten at a fast food in about a year, and before that it was wendies salads. I would suggest getting protien bars or whey protien. If you take whey vanilla flavored, add a fruit of choice, it makes a healthy shake. Try it first thing in the morning before your workout. Wait about 30 minutes after before working out or you might see it again =-P

Thanks for the suggestion. I recently bought some protein drinks... They're called Boost. A co worker had suggested that I start working out with weights to build up my arm mass as I find doing the pushups very difficult with my skinny arms. Should I be doing that on my off days? Right now, i'm pretty committed, we have a beach thing going on in about 3 1/2 weeks and I wanted to be in somewhat of a good shape.

Thanks.
