Hi, everyone! I'm very new to Free Trainers.com, and I just started my workouts yesterday! I'm hurtin', but not so bad that I'm going to give up!!!
It's been pretty much a few years since I worked out, and that's only because it was a required course at my high school, and if you didn't try, you didn't pass. You didn't have to be the most fit, but you had to at least attempt to improve yourself, which is an awesome thing!!
I'm married and a mother of a three year old, and I hate to use it as an excuse, but I gained most of the weight while pregnant, and just have basically been too lazy to take it off. Well, now is the time that I'm changing that, so away we go!!!
