Hey My name is Shelly,
I am new here, from Ireland. In The middle of losing weight and seem to have lost my way over the holidays (I know quiet common) but finding it hard to get back on track.
I was 226lbs 18 months ago, Got down to 182lbs the target is 148lbs.
I am 5foot4 so need to get to the 148lbs.
Need some motivational help or idea's on how to distract myself from eating all the time or thinking about food all the time.
Hope I found the rigth kinda forum...:love:

the best way to quite thinking about eating all the time is to keep yourself busy......find a hobby that you can do instead of snacking, do anything that will keep you away from binge eating and keep you on the right track:).......good luck

I think I said that right, hang in there, focus on the future, you can't do anything about the past but learn from your mistakes, nothing more. Good luck to you!
