Hello, I'm pretty new here, have been lurking for a couple of days. I have my FT workout ready to go for Monday morning after I finish my 3rd sucessful BFL challenge on the 4th. I'm switching because I've always wanted to try a 4 day split to see what other kind of results might await me out there. My diet on the other hand will stay the same 40/40/20 give or take a bit here and there.
Hope to get to know you all a bit better over the next few weeks :)

Welcome aboard!!! I switched to the 4 day split as well. I think it'll be better for me since I'm just starting out!! :)
