hey everyone
My name is Tiffany and I'm 20 years old. I'm about 15-25 lbs over my ideal weight. I'm looking to start an exerise and diet plan as well as see if there is anyone in my area who maybe I can work out with...as I'm not always motivated. so if there is anyone in the oak grove, ky area who wants a workout buddy, feel free to contact me. anyone else online who would like to be a support buddy, feel to contact me as well. thanks!

welcome to the forum tiffany. You should get plenty of support and information from ft. KY is alittle too far of a commute for myself. :)

Ok....im new here and have some questions. Im 17 yrs old and have been working out for around a yr now. Im 6' tall and weigh 175lbs. I currently bench 285, squat 455, and deadlift 370. However i seem to have reached a plateau. I havent gotten any stronger in the last 2 months, yet i work out 4 days a week every week like always. Im not on any suppliments at all. Is there anything I can do to ascend over this plateau. Please help!! Also, would it benifit me to take some time off from working out...just wondering here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
