Hi everyone!! I would like to introduce myself- My name is Deanna and I am a 27 (almost 28) year old female. I have been working out for over a year!! I feel like I have come to a stand still for the past 6+ months. I have been one of those women who wanders around the gym. I know what I can do but dunno how to structure it. I am hoping that this site will help me with it.

A bit of my history- I started at 215lb and now I am finally down to 167. To me I still look "soft" I really want want the muscle definition showing. I am only 5'3" so I know I need to reduce my size still.

I did to my first workout and I love it. I just want to make sure if this is ok??

I did a warm up on the precor for 5 min. then did Arnold presses, seated lateral raises then the barbell wrist curls, then I went on the tredmill and did intervals for 30 min. between 3.9 and 6.0 a min each switching back n fourth... I usually do cardio 5xs a week and about 45min. at a time. Is that ok? OR should I reduce it?

Hi Deanna and welcome! Try setting yourself up on one of the exercise programs on here, fill out the profile and it will give you an exercise routine to do. I would suggest the weight loss & tone definition first.

YOU HAVE MADE AWESOME PROGRESS THUS FAR GIRL! WAY TO GO!!!!

Stay strong and looking forward to seeing you on the boards! :)
